I have 33+ years of Sales & Marketing experience in Southern California.
I have worked with large CPG companies, including natural, organic, and specialty brands in the grocery, frozen and refrigerated categories. The experience of building brands became a passion in the early days of working on major growth brands like Hot Pockets, C&W Vegetables, Tropicana, and Challenge Butter.
As a Business Manager, I managed brands like Unilever Ice Cream & M&M Mars Ice Cream. I later had the opportunity to manage Hain Celestial Foods, which allowed me to introduce natural, specialty, and organic brands into mainstream grocery stores. I worked with brands like Earth’s Best, Maranatha Nut Butter, Rice Dream, Celestial Seasonings, and many others.
I live in the Southern California market, calling on Albertsons, Vons, Pavilions, and Stater Bros. I also manage business in the Pacific Southwest Region, calling on WinCo Foods, Albertsons Southwest, and Bashas.

SCFRC.org was established 1952 as a not-for-profit trade association, the Southern California Frozen & Refrigerated Foods Council (SCFRC). The council’s purpose is to exchange, discuss, and develop ideas. The intention is to stimulate frozen food’s acceptance, distribution, storage, display, and packaging. To focus on producing, processing, merchandising, and promotion of frozen & refrigerated foods. This is done within the industry and with the public.

Family
Carolea and I have been married for 27 years, and we have three daughters born and raised in Southern California. My daughters hooked me on Netflix and Disney+, and I enjoy sharing great food with family and friends.
